Warranty Policy
TOTTO brand products are warranted under the following conditions:
- Faulty stitching
- Faulty zippers
- Falling coatings
- Falling Prints
- Replacement of defective structures (Wheels, Handles and Handles Systems).
- The customer must present the invoice or copy of the purchase invoice
- Validity of Warranties:
Travel Suitcases, Backpacks, Wheeled Backpacks, Fanny packs, Lunch Boxes, Multipurpose Boxes, Wallets, Key Chains, Locks, Bottles and Bags. |

It is only exchanged if it hasn’t been worn and it is in its original packaging |
The following are not guaranteed:
- Mechanical Cuts
- Contact with acids or solvents.
- Wear and tear due to improper use, overweight, blows, abuse and burns.
- Improper handling of bags at airports or public transport
- Not following washing instructions
- The electronic and luminous elements that adorn the wheels or the lids of backpacks.
Important Notes:
- According to the Consumer Laws in Guyana, returns and exchange is within 7 days and are subjected to a 10% restocking fee, and must be supported by the respective invoice.
- The product will be exchanged based on the existence of available inventory, the customer will have the right to carry a similar product or of equal value.
- Products that have been purchased at a discount have no exchange.
- To accept warranty exchanges, the product must be in optimal cleaning conditions, without personal belongings, without marks, without scratches, without physical alterations, without dirt and without any type of alteration of the product.
Payment reversal
In sales made through e-commerce mechanisms and/or online sales, and a credit, debit card or any other means of electronic payment has been used to make the payment, the participants in the payment process must reverse the payments requested by the consumer when it is subject to:
- Fraud
- Corresponds to an unsolicited transaction.
- You have not received the purchased product within the time indicated in the delivery policy.
If any of the above causes are met and in order to proceed with the reversal of the payment, the consumer must, within seven (7) days following the date on which they became aware of the fraudulent or unsolicited transaction or that they should have received the product or without it corresponding to what was requested, must file the complaint and return the product, when applicable, and notify the issuer of the electronic payment method used to make the purchase of the claim, which, together with the other participants in the payment process, will proceed to reverse the transaction to the buyer.
