The delivery time is 4 business days. The delivery time will begin to count from the confirmation of the purchase.

If your purchase is confirmed after 11:00 a.m., the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase as long as the payment of your purchase order is validated.
If you make your purchases on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day of confirmation of your purchase as long as the payment of your purchase order is validated.
Deliveries are not made at an exact time, they are processed during the day, from 08h30 am to 17h00. For deliveries, it must be considered that in the event that a person is not at the home or place of work, the carrier will make up to one additional delivery attempt. If after two attempts, the carrier does not receive a response, the product will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
During special seasons such as Black Friday or high demand seasons, delivery may take up to 72 additional business hours compared to the regular delivery time.
